The Detector constantly draws air into the detectors chamber using builtin aspirator. The incoming air is continueously measured for smoke contamination. When smoke is detected, the detector will initiated sector scan to individually sample air from each pipe outlet.. Following the this process, , the detector will then select the pipe with the highest level of smoke contamination. The detector has four seperate alarm thresholds that can be programmed for Action, Alert and Fire 1 and Fire 2 alarms. Each level of alarm will provide an output and also and audio visual alarm
